Easter

Easter

It’s spring, which means it’s almost time for Easter! Easter begins three days after the end of Lent on April 9th and commemorates the resurrection of Christ, this year Easter falls on Sunday the 12th of April. This Easter, we have been faced with unusual circumstances. Due to the ongoing pandemic and public gathering being banned in the country, this Easter will not bring the usual Sunday mass, family gatherings or public East Egg hunts for children. However, that doesn’t mean Easter will not be celebrated.

You can still order your Easter Egg chocolates online, retailers like Hotel Chocolate, John Lewis and Amazon are offering Easter egg chocolate express deliveries. Additionally, if you have some eggs and food colouring or even paint at home you can always decorate eggs with the family, and you can even do an Easter Egg hunt with the kids in your backyard!
