WhatsApp Banking for NRI Customer

Introducing WhatsApp Banking channel for our NRI Customers. Now avail banking services as easy as messaging. You can check your Account Balance, view last three transactions, credit card limit and others through messages on WhatsApp.

All you have to do is save ICICI WhatsApp Banking number ‘+91 86400 86400’ to your mobile phone contacts and send ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp through your registered mobile number. It will respond with the list of available services. Simply type-in the service you wish to avail and converse with our virtual WhatsApp assistant to complete your services.

Going forward we will keep on adding services to this channel to make banking with ICICI Bank as convenient as possible.

NRI Chatbot iPal

Our newly enhanced virtual assistant iPal, NRI Chatbot, can help you answer your queries immediately. No more browsing website/mobile application, waiting on call and response on emails. Just ask your query on any banking related products/ service/ issue to your virtual Assistant iPal and it will answer/redirect you to the correct page immediately.

Furthermore, you can now avail banking services on the iPal (inside logged-in section of Internet Banking) itself. These services include checking Account Balance, Bill Payments, Mobile Recharge and Credit Card details including due date, bill amount and last 5 transactions. Going forward we will keep on adding services on iPal to make banking for you as convenient as possible.

  3. iMobile Application – top of the home screen
